## Description

The Army Contracting Command, APG, Tobyhanna Division, Tobyhanna, PA 18466, intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed-Price single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) and the BPA Terms and Conditions. The government reserves the right not to award any BPA and does not guarantee any order placements. The Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized orders made under the BPA.
