## Description

U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement to provide the following:

Detailed design engineering, specification development, project management, equipment installation, concrete work, construction services, equipment commissioning, training and the procurement of (1) 5-Ton Electric Arc Furnace, modernization of (1) 5-Ton Electric Arc Furnace and (1) 5-ton AOD system.
