They are a local small business fully cleared for access to BGAD’s Restricted Area, Technical Expertise to repair both our Wastewater/Water Treatment Facility and all of our Boiler Systems to include a long history of repairs and locations of all equipment for these reasons, it only makes sense to Award to NAC Heavy Highway Inc.
