## Description

Rock Island Arsenal is conducting market research to determine vendors who are capable of providing a one year lease of an EOS M400-4 3D printer as described on the attached Purchase Description. Qualified vendors must provide the following information:

1. Business name, CAGE, business size (large or small), and socio-economic classification, if any (i.e. WOSB, HUBZone, etc.)

2. Provide a brief capability statement.
