## Description

**NOTE:** Drawings must be requested through SAM.GOV by clicking on the drawing. Amennded closing date to 19 Feb 2026 12:00 Pm CST The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, on behalf of Rock Island Arsenal-Joint Manufacturing & Technology Center (RIA-JMTC) intends to make a firm fixed price (FFP) award to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible vendor whose quote, conforms to the RFQ requirements and represents the lowest total evaluated price. Discussions are not anticapted.

First Article testing will be required and there is an option for additional quantities for each of the 3 springs. Payments will be completed via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) Quote MUST include shipping to Rock Island Arsenal, IL, 61299 Attachment 0002 Price Matrix should be completed and returned with Quote Quotes are due by 12 PM, February 17, 2026 Certificate of Conformance is required. Certified Test Report is required.
