Shall be in accordance with (IAW) drawing C13-19-217 REV C dated 23 MAR 2007. Drawing C13-19-217 REV C dated 23 MAR 2007 for this requirement is restricted and will be available by requesting access via SAM.gov once the Solicitation is posted. The vendor shall select the link of the drawing and complete the necessary information requested to gain access. The vendor's Data Custodian MUST be the one requesting access. This requirement is projected to be a firm-fixed priced Purchase Order with a 100% Option Quantity. The projected order is for 100,300 each. Preproduction Samples will be required. Interested sources need to submit CAGE code, DUNS number, size standard, socioeconomic status, place of manufacture, production capability, and estimated delivery lead times. Delivery location shall be FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The NAICS code for these items is 326299 and the business size standard is 750 employees.
