see amendment 0001 The purpose for Solicitation Amendment 0001 is to call out that this requirement is for SNAP ON Tools only. see solicitation W519TC25QA009 The proposed contract action is for the purchase of thirteen General Mechanic Tool Kits in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). A dtermination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government. The Government reserves the right to awar no contract at all. All responsible soureces may submit a quote which shall be conisdered by the agency.
