TRIPHENYL BISMUTH (TPB) MUST MEET REQUIREMENTS OF MIL-T-82825(OS) CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS / CONFORMANCE AND SAFETY DATA SHEET REQUIRED. EXPIRATION DATE MUST BE PRINTED ON PACKAGING. MUST BE QUALIFIED VENDOR WITHIN MIL-DTL-82886A TABLE VI, and MCAAP PAMPHLET 702-13. See attached Amendment 0001 to include following verbiage: "**To be considered for potential award, vendors must be currently listed on the Qualified Vendors List.** See attached SF1449 Solicitation for exact requirements. FOB Destination McAlester Ammunition Plant, McAlester OK.
