## Description

In accordance FAR 12.202 Publicizing:

(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

W519TC26Q1631 for 15,500 lb. capacity diesel Forklift (Hyster H155FT or EQUAL TO), see RFQ letter for full description of forklift. MUST provide a spec sheet for the forklift you are quoting. This acquisition is 100% small business set-a-side. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
