## Description

This announcement is for notification (a notice) only for the Army Vantage System Award. The Government has an approved Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition and awarded to Palantir USG, Inc., (Palantir). This award is for the continuation of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model of Army Vantage software developed by Palantir to meet the Government's requirements.

Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) solicited and negotiated with only one source, Palantir, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Palantir is the sole supplier, with no authorized resellers and holds proprietary rights. Army Vantage will have a 12-month period of performance with an additional five six-month options plus a six-month option under the authority of FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. The total contract amount is $400,746,583.57 should all options be fully exercised as proposed. The contract ceiling is $618,871,428.00.
