## Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) and the Project Manager, Maneuver Ammunition Systems (PM MAS) intends to award a sole source contract add-on for 10 Gauge Blank ammunition under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

This requirement will be added to Contract W52P1J-22-D-0021 for Shotshell ammunition awarded to Olin Winchester LLC, 600 Powder Mill Road, East Alton, IL. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals but instead this notice is published to allow for potential subcontracting opportunities.
