## Description

Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) anticipates the solicitation of a requirement for 180,000 lbs of Grade 2, White Phosphorous, delivered by rail car to Pine Bluff Arsenal, with a seperately priced option for 100% of the quantity. This is an urgent requirement, and delivery date will be closely monitored. White Phosphorous shall meet Military Specification MIL-W-215D, dtd 1 May 1989.
