## Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI) from interested offerors that can provide Cellulose Nitrate Camphor (CNC) in accordance with MIL-B-10854. CNC is used for the MK140, MK141 and MK144 Smoke, Signal, Illumination and Marine Markers (SSIM’s). A Request for Quote (RFQ) will follow the closing of this RFI. A draft Purchase Description (PD) for the expected requirement can be found at Attachment 0001 – Purchase Description Cellulose Nitrate Camphor.

The corresponding MILSPEC can be found at Attachment 0002 – MIL-B-10854. Interested offerors shall complete Attachment 0003 - RFI Questionnaire and submit by the closing date, 1300 CST on 05MAR2025.
