This requirement will be full and open, NAICS code 333517, PSC code 6105. All details will be in the solicitation itself. Estimated issue date for the solicitation is on or around 17 Dec 2025. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hard copies will not be provided, although may be downloaded on or after the issue date by accessing beta.SAM.gov.
