The RFQ will solicit proposals for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for five (5) years. The Statement of Work (SOW), Items List, and Price Matrix will be attachments to the solicitation. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFQ. Contractors may obtain information on SAM registration by visiting: https://www.acquisition.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereafter. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
