The RFP for the Multiple Gases will be issued under Small Business set a-side using a best value evaluation approach in accordance with Federal Regulation (FAR) 15.101. The RFP will solicit proposals for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This will be a requirements contract for five (5) years. The Statement of Work (SOW) will be listed in the solicitation. We are attaching an Items List that is subject to change. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFP.
