## Description

Purpose The Cyber Fusion Innovation Center (CFIC) and the Technology and Innovation Center (ArCTIC), in collaboration with the Program Executive Office - Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO-STRI) is in search of industry expertise to maintain the operational readiness of the cyberspace workforce through the creation of a Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) - Cyber Innovation Challenge (CIC) 5. This release documents the methodology for pursuing, selecting, and assessing such solutions. Please see attachment for more information.
