## Description

The Rock Island Arsenal is conducting market research for interested vendors whose core business includes bathroom modernization. The estimated quantity of this effort is (86) restroom in (11) buildings including all options, all located at the Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois. The rough order of magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Complete details will be released if/when a solicitation is posted.

Interested vendors must provide a capability statement, with their socio-economic status (i.e. 8(a), Woman owned Small Business, etc.) Interested vendors will be required to meet all licencing and bonding requirements required by the state of Illinois and the Rock Island Arsenal. This is for market research purposes only.
