## Description

This Photopolymer Plate Making Machine will be used to make photopolymer plates to mark items. The machine will need to be able to make plates from 9” by 12” unexposed photopolymer sheets. This machine will use UV light to expose the photopolymer sheets through a negative with a plastic film covered vacuum table to hold materials stationary. The UV light will pass through the clear sections of the negative and harden the exposed portions of the photopolymer sheet.

The exposed sheet is attached to the sticky plate above the wash out station. Oscillating brushes in water will remove the soft areas of the photopolymer sheet, leaving only exposed areas. A drying drawer is used to dry each plate before a final curing stage under the UV light to complete the process.
