THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTIFICATION IS TO NOTIFY INTERESTED VENDORS THAT (A) THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT SOLICIT FOR A NEW IDIQ CONTRACT, AS PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED AND (B) THE GOVERNMENT PLANS TO ISSUE A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR A STAND-ALONE REQUIREMENT FOR 196,800 POUNDS OF MATERIAL.
