The Government contemplates procurement and award of a a new 3-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Supply Description: Polybutadiene, Liquid, Hydroxyl-Terminated, Type II in accordance with military specification MIL-DTL-82886A, Dated: 28 October 2009 and MCAAP Pamphlet 702-13, Dated 07 May 2024 for Polybutadiene, Liquid, Hydroxyl-Terminated. End User Facility: McAlester Army Ammunition Plant 1C Tree Road McAlester, OK 74501-5000 United States Forthcoming Combined Synopsis / Solicitation W519TC-24-Q-2356 will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. However, the successful offeror shall adhere to all solicitation terms and conditions. All shipments shall be FOB Destination. All vendors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to doing business with the DOD. The solicitation is planned for release during July 2024 and it is anticipated that it will close approximately 7 calendar days after it is issued and posted on the internet at http://sam.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to the SAM.gov website.
