TO BE DELIVERED IN STANDARD 55 GALLON METAL DRUMS. QUALIFIED MANUFACTURERS LISTED IN MIL-DTL-82886A TABLE VI SAFETY DATA SHEET (SDS) AND CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE (COC) REQUIRED. CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS (COA) TO ADDRESS ALL ELEMENTS OF MIL-DTL-23443C. COA TO INCLUDE MANUFACTURER NAME, PRODUCT NAME, NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER, SPECIFICATION, LOT/BATCH NUMBER, MANUFACTURE DATE, EXPIRATION DATE, AND STATEMENT OF NO CHANGE IN MATERIALS OR PROCESS.
