## Description

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Pre-Solicitation W519TC-24-Q-2180 for the procurement of Drilling Machines and Ram Kits in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC), Metal working Machine Shop Set (MWMSS) Program. The formal solicitation will be posted in September 2024. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This solicitation will be for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) 5-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract (see FAR 16.504(a)(4)(iv)) with five ordering periods, with the first ordering period beginning on date of award of the base contract.
