## Description

Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Solicitation W519TC-24-Q-2061 for Polyvinyl Alcohol. This solicitation will result in a single firm-fixed price contract that contains a 100% Option. This solicitation is issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This solicitation will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, lowest priced offer.

**Delivery Information:** CLIN 0001 will be delivered on 30 days after contract ADC. The quantity wil be 132,525 lbs. of Polyvinyl Alcohol, Grade B, Class 2, MIL. Pine Bluf Arsenal requires the material to be packaged in drums weighing 465 pounds.

**Amendment 0001:** I have attached a Q&A (Attachment 0002) and extended the solicitation date to 6 December 2023.
