The Contractor shall provide the appropriate amount of qualified labor and management with required training, skills, and experience in order to effectively accomplish the work required by the PWS upon posting of the solicitation. The Randolph-Sheppard Act does apply to this solicitation. **Background:** The current contract, W911SA-26-D-A015 was awarded to the California Department of Rehabilitation.
