The work includes providing mall and shopping center billboard-style advertising at various locations to showcase and promote Hawaii Air National Guard mission sets. Ad Walls LLC is the only source capable of providing the required advertising services at the specified locations because they hold the exclusive rights for large-format, billboard-style media at the malls and shopping centers listed in the Statement of Work. Ad Walls LLC is the sole provider for this specific type of advertising on the properties listed below, making them the only vendor capable of fulfilling the government's requirement.
