## Description

The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the solicitation close date and time to 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time on 31 July 2026. All other Terms and Conditions remain the same. Quoters who have already submitted quotations do not need to resubmit or acknowledge this amendment unless they wish to revise their existing submission.
