Quotations are due via email to Emma Newbegin, emma.a.newbegin.civ@army.mil, no later than 10:00 AM HST, 25 September 2026. Questions are posted in the attachments. REQUIREMENT SCOPE: The Contractor is to provide cable TV and internet services delivered via Wi-Fi for Hawaii Air National Guard designated buildings located at Hickam AFB and Geographically Separated Units (GSU) throughout the islands of Hawaii. Contractor shall provide service through contractor owned cables and Contractor may not mount any satellite dishes on the buildings.
