The Megadoor system on the west side of B3428 is malfunctioning and needs repair. The Contractor shall field verify all dimensions, materials required, and locations prior to bidding. The Contractor shall assess the Megadoor system and submit an assessment report advising of any discrepancies not included in this PWS. The Contractor shall repair the Megadoor systems; thus, as a minimum, the Contractor shall safely ensure the Megadoor system is properly de-energized and lock-out/tag-out while performing repairs and adequately dispose of replaced parts/materials.
