## Description

04/30/2024 Solicitation ammended to revise period of performance dates and to include responses to questions as an attachment (File Name: Responses to Questions 20240430). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a subsequent written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation W50SC2-24-Q-A001 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for CATERED MEAL SERVICES at 103D AIR CONTROL SQUADRON, Air National Guard Base (ACS) in Orange, CT 06477. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03.

This requirement is posted as a 100% Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 722310, “Food Service Contractors”, with a size standard of $47.0 million. The Product Service Code is S203. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for the following CLIN structure: CLIN 0001 Catered Meal Services Base Year - in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS)

**PoP:** 1 JULY 2024 – 30 JUNE 2025 CLIN 1001 Catered Meal Services Option Year 1 - in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Responses to questions, if received, will be posted on or around 1:00 PM, EDT, on April 30, 2024. Quotes are due no later than 1:00 PM, EDT on May 10, 2024. Offerors must submit their ServSafe certification and food license along with quote breakdown following the CLINs listed in this solicitation.

Offerors must be submitted in writing and ONLY via email to TSgt Delmar Munoz at Delmar.munoz.mil@army.mil.mil. Oral offers will not be accepted. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. Quotes must be valid for 30 days. Payment will be EFT and payment and invoicing will be through WAWF. Payment terms are NET 30 Days.
