## Description

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source The 130th Contracting Office– Chareleston, West Virginia intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to SkyKo International, LLc under the authority of FAR 13.106(b). This proposed contract action is for a SkyKo smart safety system control panel with the following charesticis - Panel dimensions 23.7” x 11.9” x 35.5 in, 350 Amp w/GFI w/Recept GE Contactor, and Digital control screen. P/N 7500-2326-G350. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

However, interested parties who believe they can meet these requirements may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency NO LATER THAN 27 December 2024 by 4:00vPM EST to SSgt Jorden McCormick, Contract Specialist, jorden.mccormick@us.af.mil and Lt Col Samuel Stuck.
