The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to Transport of one (1) F-18 BUNO 164903, from MALS 11, MCAS Miramar, San Diego, Cal, to Volk Field ANGB, Camp Douglas, WI 54618. No contract award will be made until appropriated funding is made available.
