PROGRAM DETAILS: The 128th Air Refueling Wing is seeking sources to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for Project HTUV252004, Repair by Replace Roof, Building B512. The work includes the removal, demolition, and replacement of approximately 23,100 SF of the existing built-up roofing system. The scope requires the installation of a new, fully adhered 60-mil EPDM roof system with a minimum R-20 insulation value. The project also includes the replacement of approximately 750 LF of gutters and 150 LF of downspouts. The contractor will be responsible for all associated demolition of existing roofing, insulation, and flashings down to the original roof deck (a combination of metal deck and spancrete substrate).
