No GFE (Government Furnished Equipment) will be provided for this requirement. Any forklift, scissor lift, or other equipment required for installation must be provided by the contractor. No diesel or combustion engines will be allowed in the installation area, as it is unventilated. 2. The Government will not finance this project and cannot provide a down payment.
