The stage must have a wraparound safety rail, two stairs for each side of the trailer, and a rear ramp. A side access door to enter trailer without ramp pull down and include a custom color wrap such as teh Air Force logo to be given to the awardee after award. Min payload capacity 6,600 LBS and Min axle capacity 5,200 LBS. Must include a Portable battery power electric only, no gas power to power trailer.
