## Description

The 164th Airlift Wing located at 4593 Swinnea Memphis, TN 38118, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a single award contract to be prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a Small Business size standard of $19 million.

This Request for Quote (RFQ) for Provide and Install 175A Circuit Breakers is being set aside for Total Small Businesses. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Provide and install two new 175A breaker and conduit. The contractor shall: In building 4455 & 4513, provide and install two new 175A breaker in existing switchgear in Electrical Room #CC123 and M1072.

Provide and install new 2” EMT conduit with #2/0 THHN CU feed from new breaker to the location in the Hangars where the 400Hz Unit will be relocated. Terminate and test new feed per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Site Visit will be conducted on 30 July 2026 at 9:00 am CDT.

Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit. “Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.”
