## Description

The project consists of contractor replacing two boilers, two circulating pumps, two motor starters for the pumps, two flow switches, four isolation valves, replacing insulation to match existing insulation, two solenoid valves, six temperatures gauges and five pressure gauges at 164th Airlift Wing Tennessee Air National Guard Base, Memphis, TN. This particular building supports Logistics & Readiness personnel operations that are essential to the flying mission.

Connecting to the base wide DDC system is within scope of this project. The objective of this project is to achieve a complete and useable system controlled through a BACNet IP base DDC system.
