## Description

Submissions must contain acknowledment of all amendments Amendment 1 - Issued 10 April 2025: Added "Questions and Answers" PDF and updated PWS The Contractor shall provide Learning Management System IAW the attached documents. Contractor shall deliver, install, and provide training & maintenance for: LMS required by the TEC-U to include dedicated support representative for the account as well as unlimited live support. Contractor must also coordinate transition from existing LMS prior to Period of Performance start date.
