This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The Tennessee Air National Guard, McGhee Tyson ANG Base, Louisville, TN has been tasked to solicit for and award a project to include but not limited to: renovate building 124. Scope shall include but is not limited to demolition and replacement of roof, gutters, downspouts, CMU Wall, doors, frames, finishes, etc. Demolish and replace HVAC system, mop sink & plumbing accessories, fire alarm and protection system, electrical components all according to the design drawings and specifications. Proposed project will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The type of solicitation issued will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the Small Business Community to include Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The magnitude of this project is Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 26 October 2024, 10:00 A.M. EST. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include a (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Sources Sought Information Request Form (attached to this posting) and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry.
