The Tennessee Air National Guard, McGhee Tyson ANG Base, Louisville, TN has been tasked to solicit for and award a project to include but not limited to: provide and install standing seam metal roofing for at least three (3) buildings, renovate existing Mission Support Group office area in Building 102. Scope shall include but is not limited to demolition of demountable walls, ACT ceiling, lighting, carpet, etc. Contractor shall redo area finishes, construct new walls, doors, lighting, ACT ceiling, etc. all according to the design drawings and specifications. Proposed project will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The type of solicitation issued will depend upon the responses to this synopsis.
