Amendment 0003 - Attachment 2 - Questions and Answers dated 8 Aug 2025 has been updated to include additional questions that were received. Please see Attachment 3 - Existing Tooling List per question #23 of Q&A. An extension to the close date to 14 Aug 2025 @ 2:00 PM CDT also incorporated into Amendment 0003. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-04. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 333517 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 500 EMP. See attached RFQ and Quote Sheet.
