## Description

This requirement will replace essential Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) and Long-Distance (LD) landline phone services that are currently provided to the Rhode Island Air National Guard (RIANG). See attached combined synopsis, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Redacted Sole Source Justification (SSJ) for more details. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to:

1. Update CLIN table in the combined synopsis attachment. The offeror shall fill in pricing accordingly.

2. Insert Clause 252.225-7972 Prohibition on the Procurement of Foreign-Made Unmanned Aircraft Systems (DEVIATION 2024- O0014).

3. Insert Provision 252.225-7973 Prohibition on the Procurement of Foreign-Made Unmanned Aircraft Systems—Representation. (DEVIATION 2024-O0014).

4. Delete Clause 52.219-4 LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING (FEB 2023) (DEVIATION 2021-O0008).
