## Description

The 143 Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) located at Quonset Air National Guard Base, North Kingstown RI, has a requirement for meals during a training week in Ft. Devens, MA. The Rhode Island Air National Guard Contracting Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for this requirement to an offeror approved to bring cooked food onto USAG Devens RFTA. The approved food vendors are located at: https://home.army.mil/devens/index.php/Misson%20and%20Vision/Garrison/logistics-readiness-center/food-service Please see attached combined synopsis/solicitation and attachments for complete details.

Amendment 0001 is added to incorporate clauses 52.204-29, 52.204-30, and 52.204-30 Alt 1. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 0002 is added to add Attachment 1, Specific Tasks and Attachment 3, Minimum Standard Portion Sizes. Purchase Description is revised to be reflected as Attachment 2. This amendment also answers the following questions: Q1. In review the solicitation, we could not locate the portion sizes, for either the breakfast of lunch? A1. See attachment 3 for minimum portion size requirement. Q2. Are meals just dropped off?

**A2:** The meals will need to be brought to the site and served buffet style. The site “dining facility” has stations to serve the food out of but does not have the capability to actually cook the food. Q3. Are meals sent in hotel pans or individual meals? A3. Buffet style meals served in hotel pans or equivalent. Q4. Are meals sent ready to eat, or is there an option to heat onsite? A4. Food should be served hot, vendor is responsible for ensuring food is kept hot while serving. Q5.

Is this being cooked on site or has to be precooked before it is brought up there to serve? A5. Food should be cooked at the vendors facility. There is no capability to cook food onsite. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
