The Government intends to select one contractor for this requirement. The basis for award is Best Value between price and non-price factors. Therefore, the Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest quoted price. The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all for this requirement. The responses to this RFQ are intended to be evaluated, and an award made without discussions unless discussions are deemed to be necessary. Since the contract award will be based on initial responses, quoters are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. Quoters shall respond to this RFQ via e-mail by 2 September 2025 at 1400 hours (2:00 pm) Eastern Time (ET). All quotations should be sent to, MSgt Macy Wester, at macy.wester.1@us.af.mil, before the due date and time specified. Any quotation or revision of a quotation received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotations is “late” and may not be considered.
