## Description

Install of the Installation Notification and Warning System (INWS) Period of Performance is projected to be: 180 days from date of award. FFP The office of the Oregon National Air Guard (ORANG), 173 Mission Support Contracting has a requirement for the installation of the Installation Notification and Warning System (INWS).

The purpose of this requirement is for contractor support to perform installation, configuration, and integration of a Wide-Area Mass Notification System (aka Giant voice) and Indoor Mass Notification Systems (to include visible and audible devices) for identified facilities. Complete Solicitation will be posted on or about 15 November 2024. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

This requirement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business program participants only and will be on a competitive basis. Principle NAICS is 238210 and size standard is $19,000,000.00. The This acquisition Oregon Air Guard is utilizing procedures in FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. These are commercial services. The Install of the INWS will be performed at Kingsley Field ANGB, OR. Due to the nature of the services required, on-site performance of services is required.

In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically on Contracting Opportunities, website https://www.sam.gov, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the https://www.sam.gov.

**CAUTION:** This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
