The purpose of this amendment is to include answers for the questions received as well as pictures for this solicitation, as well as update the quantity for CLIN 0002.  Due to time constraints of this requirement there will not be a site visit

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

W50S8V-26-Q-0004 – This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 dated 03-13-2026.

This requirement is designated with a Small Business set-aside of Total Small Business and associated with NAICS code: 333912 and a small business size standard of 1000 Employees.

The 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, WV is requesting a quote for a pneumatic air compressor and 2 air dryers. This requirement is being requested and evaluated based on Price Alone with no discussions being held. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions.

FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE PRIOR TO AWARD AS THIS ACTION HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED ON THE NATIONAL GUARD PRIORITY LIST.
