## Description

The Government intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract to FSB FEDERAL DESIGN GROUP for Architect-Engineering Type C Construction Management Services in support of B309 RENOVATION at the 167th AW, Martinsburg, WV. The anticipated Period of Performance of these services will be 1 September 2025 to 5 March 2027.. This award is to be made on a sole-source basis as permitted by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The justification document for this award will be made public at a laterdate as required by FAR 6.305.
