**RENOVATE B309 FOR OPERATIONS AND TRAINING PROJECT LOCATION:** 222 SABRE JET BLVD, MARTINSBURG, WV INTERIOR RENOVATION OF BUILDING 309 FOR OPERATIONS AND TRAINING THIS PROJECT IS BEING SOLICITED AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 19.5.

**PROJECT NAICS:** 236220 WITH A CORRESPONDING SIZE STANDARD OF $45.0M.

**DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE:** IAW FAR 36.204(F), THIS PROJECT IS EXPECTED TO BE BETWEEN $1,000,000 AND $5,000,000. DAVIS BACON WAGE RATES ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS PROJECT.
