The government will acquire the services using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541990. The purpose of this requirement is to acquire flowtest inspections for the 167th Fire Department’s Self Contained Breathing Apparatuses via a MSA C.A.R.E certified technician. No purchase order will be awarded on the basis of quotation or offers received in response to this notice.
