UPDATE 1

Initial Q&A document attached. This project is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.5.

**Project NAICS:** 238990 with a corresponding size standard of $19.0M. Disclosure of magnitude: IAW FAR 36.204(b), this project is expected to be between $25,000 and $100,000. Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable to this project. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the Invitation for Bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price. Site Visit will be held on 1 March 2024 at 9:00 am (EST) pending level of interest. The attached solicitation includes the Statement of Work (SOW) as well as the current Wage Determination. Due to the estimated cost of this requirement, no bonding or bid guarantee will be required.
